That is Raora Panthera's catchphrase, as it appears on her talent page on the official hololive website. Raora Panthera belongs to -Justice- in hololive English; in Japanese, her name is written ラオーラ・パンテーラ. As of September 26, 2026, by our own count, her YouTube channel had 687,000 subscribers.
In this article, we look at her official profile, the "Artist with the God Eyes" setting, the art she draws herself for her covers, her fan mascot CHATTINI, and her Italian-cooking Shorts.
Raora Panthera's Birthday and Height: The Official Data

These details come from the "DATA" section of her talent page on the official hololive website (checked October 30, 2026).
According to her debut stream's description, Raora's slot was 8:45 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) on June 22. That works out to midday on June 23 in Japan (JST), which is probably why the official data lists her debut stream as June 23. The debut stream's title opened with "【DEBUT】I've got my eyes on you" and also included the words "mamma mia."
The official news names the four members of -Justice- as Elizabeth Rose Bloodflame, Gigi Murin, Cecilia Immergreen, and Raora Panthera.
Her Official Setting: "The Artist with the God Eyes"
Her official profile describes her this way: "The Artist with the God Eyes, Raora Panthera is endowed with investigative and descriptive prowess." According to the profile, her means of information gathering "are diverse, utilizing not only her agility and social skills, but also various social media platforms" and more. The profile adds that the facial composites she draws from that information "are renowned for their accuracy, almost as if she was looking directly at the criminals as she draws."
The profile ends, though, on this line: "However, these days, her gaze is directed towards finding new pizza joints and enjoying the pop culture of the far east." Read alongside the "this place looks delicious!" in her catchphrase at the top, she seems to be a character whose eyes are turned more toward food than toward her investigative skills.
She Draws the Art for Her Covers Herself
The "Artist" in her setting carries straight over into her video credits. The description of her cover of "HIBANA / ヒバナ," released on June 23, 2024, the same day as her debut stream, reads "Vocals & Illustration - Raora Panthera." The original song is by DECO*27; the credit means Raora handled both the vocals and the illustration herself.
Her cover of "ECHO," released on September 9, 2024, carries the same "Vocals & Illustration - Raora Panthera" credit.
As of September 26, 2026, the most-viewed video on her channel, with more than 2.08 million views, was a 32-second Short: "Having A Tail Is Hard!" Its description, too, credits "Illustration - ME!" When we went through the descriptions of all her videos, we found several, covers and Shorts among them, that say she drew the illustration herself.
CHATTINI, Her Fan Mascot
One name comes up again and again on Raora's streams: "CHATTINI." The PR TIMES release we cover below calls CHATTINI Raora's "fan mascot" (translated from the Japanese press release).
In July 2024, she held two drawing streams titled "DRAWING 100 CHATTINI." The rules in the description say she would draw up to 100 blue CHATTINI for viewers who sent one red Super Chat on her monetization stream. Each one was also to get a name tag bearing the name of the viewer who sent it.
On September 21, 2024, she held a "CHATTINI DAY" stream billed as a "12hrs MARATHON." That title also includes the words "CELEBRATE OUR COMMUNITY." CHATTINI DAY has carried on since then: on October 20, 2025, there was a 3D stream, "CHATTINI DAY: 3D SPECIAL." That stream's description pointed viewers to merchandise pages on the official shop under the heading "Chattini Day Merch."
A Fan Game Where You Play as CHATTINI
On May 11, 2026, CCMC, a wholly owned subsidiary of COVER Corporation, put out a press release about the fan game on PR TIMES (in Japanese). It announced that the Steam store page for Chattini Jetpack Project: A Hololive Fan Game, from holo Indie, hololive production's fan-game brand, had gone live, and that a free demo had been released.
According to the release, it is a game in which you play as Raora's fan mascot, CHATTINI. You gather materials on a deserted island and craft items as you work toward building a jetpack. The release describes it as a "sandbox factory simulation game" and names the developer as chokomancarr. The demo reportedly lets you play up to the point of producing the "circuit chips" needed to build the jetpack. As of the release on May 11, 2026, the game was scheduled to come out "within 2026," and the price was "TBD."
Incidentally, the release's date, May 11, is the same day as Raora's birthday in the official data. Also, the title of her CHATTINI DAY stream on October 20, 2024, included the words "NO JETPACKS." We have not been able to confirm whether that has any connection to the game.
Raora also streamed "Chattini Jetpack Project" on June 4, 2026. When we checked the Steam store page on September 26, 2026, the release date still read "Coming soon."
Her 3D Showcase and Two Solo Songs
An official news post on June 16, 2025, announced 3D Showcase streams for the four members of -Justice-. Raora's 3D Showcase was set for August 10, 2025 (JST), with the hashtag "#Raora3D." The showcase video was titled "BIG CAT MEANS BIG TROUBLE... in 3D!"
About two and a half months later, on October 25, 2025, the MV was released for her first solo original song, "Gacha×Gacha ADVENTURE!" The MV's description reads "My first original song!!!" and "BIG CAT means BIG GACHA!" The lyrics, music, and arrangement are credited to OrcaNyan. The credits also have a "Chattini illustrations" line, so CHATTINI seems to appear in the MV as well.
On May 10, 2026, starting at 10:00 a.m. JST, she streamed a 3D birthday concert titled "First Birthday Live Concert." The same day also saw the release of the MV for her second solo song, "Draw." The MV's description read "My 2nd Original Song!!!" The lyrics, music, and arrangement are by Orcaにゃん (credited as OrcaNyan on the first song), and the description says the song would be out on streaming services from May 11. That a song called "Draw." lines up with her "Artist" setting may be no accident.
Italian Cooking Shorts and Pizza
Among Raora's Shorts, the cooking videos stand out. Her Short "Let’s Make a Real Carbonara!" from December 28, 2024, had passed 1.6 million views as of September 26, 2026, making it the second most-viewed video on her entire channel.
It seems she draws the art for her cooking videos as well: this Short's description, too, credits "Illustration - ME!"
Bolognese, lasagna, and tiramisu followed in December 2025, and on January 10, 2026, she posted the Short "PASTA ALL’ASSASSINA." That assassin-style pasta Short had passed 1.12 million views as of the same date, September 26, 2026, and its description, written in English, gives the ingredients and steps for two under "Serves 2." A panna cotta Short followed on February 18, 2026, and an arancino Short on September 17.
True to the "new pizza joints" in her official profile, pizza turns up often in her stream titles. On November 2, 2025, she streamed "Good Pizza, Great Pizza" under a title that included "LET'SA COOKA DA PIZZA."
By September 26, 2026, her channel had four streams whose titles included both Ouro Kronii's name and "PIZZA TIME" (or a variant such as "PIZZATIME" or "#PizzaTime"). "PIZZA TIME" may be what the two of them call their collabs.
The AVIOT Collaboration Earbuds
On June 30, 2026, Preseed Japan Corporation, which runs the earphone brand AVIOT, announced on PR TIMES that preorders had opened for collaboration earbuds with hololive English (in Japanese). The -Justice- model, the TE-V1R-HE4, is a special edition of true wireless earbuds designed around the four members, Raora included. According to the release, it carries a mode for each member and a mode with all of them talking together, each in "Japanese/English," with all-newly recorded voice lines (translated from the Japanese press release).
Summary
As we have seen, Raora Panthera is a member of hololive English -Justice- with the official setting of "the Artist with the God Eyes." From her "HIBANA" cover on debut day to her cooking Shorts, the credits show a number of videos for which she drew the art herself. It all started with streams to draw 100 CHATTINI, her fan mascot, and in 2026 a demo even came out for a fan game where you play as CHATTINI.
